15% savings when hiring a second organizer

TERMS AGREEMENT PLEASE READ BEFORE APPOINTMENT
PACKAGES Brightly Organized performs organization services by an hourly rate. Packages of time can be purchased at a discounted rate. TRAVEL TIME Travel charges will be applied when travel exceeds 60 minutes round trip. CANCELLATIONS As a courtesy to our other clients, please give 24 hour notice before canceling or rescheduling. PERSONAL ITEMS We ask that firearms and other “private” personal items are removed from work areas before session. PICTURES We ask permission to take before and after photos to see progress for yourself and potential clients. PRODUCTS Shopping for organizing products will be billed at the hourly rate. Supply cost will be added separately to the invoice. DONATIONS We can take donations that fit into our vehicle to a local facility. Due to our ethical standards, we do not accept any donations for personal use. LEGAL DOCUMENTS Suggestions regarding procurement and/or retention of legal, financial, and accounting documents may be made by the organizer to expedite the organizing process. However, all final decisions regarding these documents should be made by your personal CPA, Attorney, or Financial Advisor. NAPO Brightly Organized is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and bound by their Codes of Ethics. Any physical or verbal content expressed during the course of the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with outside parties, unless required by law. PAYMENT Payments are due when services are provided. We accept cash or checks (made out to “Brightly Organized”). Invoices for services provided upon request.
